Obtaining

Talk to Kaffra Keeper at [-22,33] inside the Tower of Brakmarian Orders (from the entrance, go up one flight of stairs, then to the right).

Dialog

Become a Knife Fighter. I sent some Brakmarians to kill some of the Bontarian militia's Dragoturkeys and to steal from their provisions, but the idiots were scared off by the group of guards around the paddock. Step 1: Brakmarian No-Hopers
