Before entering the final room you must choose which Royal Blop you want to face by talking to Bibiblop, either Pippin, Indigo, Cherry or Coco. The only difference between the mobs is the color of the Royal and the normal Blop (for instance in the Cherry room the normal Blop is a Morello Cherry Blop while in Pippin it's a Pippin Blop).

There's no specific reward from Blop Fields except the chance to find Royal Coco Blop, Royal Indigo Blop, Royal Morello Cherry Blop, Royal Pippin Blop, Blopshroom, Greedoblop and Trunkiblop. It also serves as the entrance to the Royal Rainbow Blop Lair.

Note: To unlock these achievements, you must complete the corresponding challenge against each of the 4 royal blops. Completing one of these challenges in the Royal Rainbow Blop Lair will unlock the achievement, as the fight contains all of the royal blops.
