Obtaining

Talk to Cuspular at [3,-18] in Astrub City.

Dialog

Couples! Everywhere you look, all you see is couples! How heart-warming! But tell me, speaking of hearts, I can feel yours beating away like a little stripling before its first big date. So, I want to propose a trade. I won't tear out your heart, if you'll bring me the heart of a fearsome creature you've beaten yourself, with your own bare hands. Alright, stop crying like a little girl. I'll accept it even if you're not the one to deal the final blow. The most important thing is you bring me the heart, understood? Accept. Any creature you'll find lurking about at the back of a dungeon will do. There's no point in attacking one much stronger than you, though, because then I'll know someone's done all the work for you and I'll have no choice but to rip your heart out.

Step 1: Rocker at Heart

Cuspular wants the heart of one of the dungeon bosses, if not he'll take yours.

• Find a Heart Box and take it to Cuspular

To get the corresponding heart, you must defeat a boss monster in your level range. Note: it appears you just need to finish a dungeon equal or lower to your level range. So higher level players can still collect a small box from a low level dungeon and finish the quest.

Dialog
Did you just offer me your own heart, or that of some fearsome creature? Give the heart and ask what will become of it. What am I going to do with it? Well, I'll eat it, of course. I devour several dozen of them each time I plan on running through the streets of the City of Astrub and whipping young girls with Gobball skins. Come back and see me tomorrow. I'll no doubt have regained my appetite.
