- Buccaneering: Cast at the start of the fight, places caster in the Invulnerable and Heavy states.
- Coaster: Summons a random monster from Alma's Cradle, or an Ectobomb. Has a 3 turn cooldown, normally cast on the first turn. High range.
- Ship Mate: Steals around 400 HP from anyone in a linear AoE.
- Sea Shanty: Deals 700-800 damage in melee.
- Turt Hell: Summons a Hamrack. 3 turn cooldown, normally cast on the second turn. High range.

Strategy[]
At the start of of the fight, Buck Anear enters the state Invulnerable, making him immune to all forms of damage. It also enters the state Heavy, making it immune to Karcham.
In order to remove the state Invulnerable, you must get Buck Anear within the movement range of a Hamrack. Hamrack will then move next to Buck Anear and cast Rudder, killing itself and dealing 200~600 damage to anyone within 2 cells of Buck Anear, and making Buck Anear vulnerable. You then have four turns in which to damage Buck Anear (if you do not kill it then you must repeat the process). Hamrack will get 3 MP when his MP gets reducted.
If you do not get Buck Anear within Hamrack's movement range, Hamrack will cast Heel at the start of its third turn, killing itself and damaging any player adjacent to it.
