Where did you get this information? This item "Nacre" that is made from this stone doesn't actually appear to exist in game or on the community site, and isn't listed here on the wiki. It isn't listed under the recipes for water... I don't understand the description either ("Composed of crystal d'aragonite and of conchyoline, the nacre etait inconnue jusqu'a the decourverte isle of Otomai and the crustorails. Nacre=Mother of Pearl! Of course! And it's beta... that explains why I couldn't find it, but not why it was in the sellroom... although I've heard that sometimes beta items can sneak across...
