Talk to Amayiro at [-33,-56] if you are Bontarian, Oto Mustam at [-26,36] if you are Brakmarian or Emmy Nens-Grize at [4,-6] if you are Neutral.

You have to find out more about the curse that led to Frigost's icy fate. You're going to meet a whole load of people on the way, so you can say goodbay to the lazy humdrum of your former life. Things are looking up though, finally you're working to support a cause. For mayor, community and personal gain!

You need to complete or have completed the quests Welcome to Frigost and The Frozen Lake to proceed.

You will start a fight against 1 Traumatist.

Other characters can join the fight.

You will receive 1 Frozen Pocketwatch.

[1,19] Click the information board.

Go to [-54,-76] and click the half-buried barrel.

You will receive 1 Mortal Remedy.

Note: even though the ghost talks about what you need for the next step, you won't be able to drop items until you talk to the Guardian.

You will receive 1 Sorceress's Eye.

Drop an Echo of the Past from Alma's Cradle monsters, craft a Surprise Gift at the Gift Wrapping Station in the Trool Fair (you don't need to craft the gift yourself, a Surprise Gift crafted by another will do) and drop Little Piece of Future from Atomystiques.

You need to use Surprise Wrapping Paper along with a random item to create the Surprise Gift.
