Talk to Incognita at [5,2] in Shrouded Canals (Srambad).

Toxine and the members of her gang seem in business with a necromancer from Srambad. Visit Egh so you can grill him a bit and hope he knows his onions and can be made to talk.

He's at [4,8] in Srambad

Go down the Sewers in the top right click on open wooden box to open the secret door.

Other characters cannot join this fight.
The skinny one (Catichan) applies a poison that deals damage per MP spent. It instantly kills on melee range. It does not fully chase you if it can't reach melee range, so you just need to keep that range from it. Just be careful, because every time you hit it it will gain 1 MP.
The bulky one (Sucatrose) chases you down all the way into melee range in any condition. This one deals fairly heavy water and earth damage, all linear without a line of sight, and it applies an infinite earth poison that you take when ending your turn. This poison can be removed by healing yourself, so you can use a Cawwot glyph if your class does not have any healing spells.
