Introduction[]
This is an unusual build for Ecaflip, but can be very powerful with AoE spells and buffs. Solid build for first time players and experienced players alike.
Characteristics[]
All about characteristics in this build.
Soft caps[]
Rate | 1:1 | 2:1 | 3:1 | 4:1 | 5:1 | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Vit | 1~∞ | - | - | - | - | |
Wis | - | - | 1~∞ | - | - | |
Str | 1~100 | 101~200 | 201~300 | 301~400 | 401~∞ | |
Int | 1~20 | 21~40 | 41~60 | 61~80 | 81~∞ | |
Cha | 1~20 | 21~40 | 41~60 | 61~80 | 81~∞ | |
Agi | 1~50 | 51~100 | 101~150 | 151~200 | 201~∞ |
This chart is incorrect, as the soft caps have been updated. Chance now has the following caps:
Scrolling[]
Vitality - scrolling before adding characteristic points is a good idea
Wisdom - scroll to 25 at least, should be scrolled to 101.
Strength - you will sometimes need it to use weapons, can be scrolled
Intelligence - not useful for us, but can be scrolled for initiative
Chance - scroll to 101; do not give any points into it (because of caps)
Agility - we need it for dodges and initiative, scroll to at least 25
Raising with points[]
Vitality - raise it with most of your points
Wisdom - can be raised after scrolling for AP/MP dodges
Strength - can be raised a little if you want to make hybrid or just for weapons
Intelligence - we don't need it at all
Chance - if you can't scroll it, raise to 40~60, you can think about raising after scrolling
Agility - can be raised a little for Bluff and dodges or if you want to make hybrid
Spells[]
We've got only 2 Water damage spell. Unlucky, both are 50% to hit (with our element or simply to hit)... that's why we will generally use weapons. Anyway, useful spells for us are:
Icon | Name | Level | Element | Short description |
---|---|---|---|---|
Roulette | 1 | N/A | Sometimes useful, but don't raise it | |
Ecaflip's Luck | 1 | N/A | Saves life. If you're 'brave', you can use it you heal yourself | |
Perception | 3 | N/A | Good damage buff for low AP cost, can be used with Bluff | |
Bluff | 6 | Water or Air |
Our main spell. Try getting 1/2 Critical Hit on level 40 with Ukando Hat, +Critical Hit items and Clover | |
Repercussion | 9 | N/A | Saves life sometimes | |
Clover | 13 | N/A | Surely worth boosting | |
Feline's Leap | 21 | N/A | Low AP movement spell | |
Wheel of Fortune | 36 | N/A | Doubles all damage done. Triples it on a Critical Hit | |
Summoning Claw | 42 | Kitten does Neutral damage. |
Kitten can do really high damage but it can also heal your enemy. It's also nice blocker, boost if you want | |
Smell | 54 | N/A | Left on 2 level will give 0-2 AP and MP with no chance to lose them | |
Reflex | 60 | N/A | Greatly increases Agility and we need it for Critical Hits, dodges and Bluff | |
Rekop | 90 | All |
Powerful, especially with +Damage buffs. I think it's worth boosting | |
Summoning of Ecaflip Dopple | 200 | N/A | Summons an Ecaflip Dopple |
We will (of course) use Mastery spell - i suggest to use Shovels, Daggers or Swords. Bows and Hammers are also good.
Other[]
Well, other thing, that you should know.
Equipment[]
Standard. If you use weapons, make +Chance set, if you want to use Bluff, get 8AP set with some +Critical to get 1/2 (and now we have about 25% for hitting pure 50 Water damage!), on lower levels use Young Adventurer Set and a little later Moskito Set with Boar Set (for Chance, Vitality and Psychical Reduction) and water damage weapon. Simple, right?
Leveling[]
Check Leveling guide.
Generally it's hard to get experience alone before 40 level, then, with good set, we can try some soloing. But before I suggest to get a team, scroll exp and such.
