Strategy[]
The El Piko fight has a lot of different effects flying around, however, nothing he does is hard to deal with being mostly minor debuffs. He has around 100 dodge.
He has different "Tactic States", the states making his ability Bamba have different buffs to El Piko and debuffs to the players. Nothing in this fight is particularly hard to deal with, though, you should aim to either take El Piko or Levito out first as the debuffs they both cast are unavoidable and actually formidable with those two enemies alive.
El Piko's choice of State doesn't appear to have any pattern.
