Notes

You cannot cast this spell while drunk. It is one of the Pandawa's strong AoE spells and, when leveled for an Int build, can do high damage for a very low AP cost. Its main limitation is that it can only be cast once per turn at all levels. Be careful though, as it is possible to damage yourself if you target the flask at its minimum range.
