Haven Bag is a personal "house" that a player can customise. They have a chest which provides additional Pods as well as a Lottery Machine and a Zaap. Haven Bags are shared between all characters on an account on a server, much like banks. Haven Bags are only accessible to Subscribers.

- The base capacity for the Haven Bag chest is 1000 Pods. Additional Pods are gained as Veteran Rewards, with every day of accumulated Subscription time granting 3 extra Pods. The chests can only be accessed by characters on that account.
- Haven Bags come with two basic themes: Amakna and Kerub. Additional themes can be purchased from the shop, various promotions or won in contests, see below for a list of available themes.
