Obtaining
Talk to Allisteria at [4,-15] in Astrub City.
Step 1: Inspection Round
- Allisteria has asked you to check that Astrub's Mercenaries aren't slacking off.
- Speak to the faction mercenary in front of the Grocery Store
- You will enter a fight against 1 Level 20 Astrubian Mercenary.
- Other characters can join the fight.
- Speak to the faction mercenary in front of the Tailors' Workshop
- Speak to the faction mercenary at Brutas Square
- You will enter a fight against 1 Level 20 Astrubian Mercenary.
- Other characters cannot join the fight.
- Speak to the faction mercenary near the pond
- Speak to the mercenary to the north of the library
- Show the mercenary that Piwis aren't dangerous
- Defeat a Piwi on that map.
- Talk to Allisteria again
