Kain Dharyn's Crystal is a repeatable quest.

Kidnap Sabine (eni, Located in a house in Bonta : (-34,-61) Next get a high rank Brak (not sure what alignment level or wings lvl they need) to stand in front of Oto. Talk to Oto while you're standing in front of the zaapi with the brak standing in front of him. Go upstairs and speak to Stampitor the Boor then speak to Smakko at (-17, 0) in Koalak Breeder Village. Next you need to find Sabine's Jail Cell which is at (-27,34) and go in. It will then start a fight with a lvl 20 and 40 bonta guard with a lvl 40 guard on your side. After this just follow the quest and it will point everything out and where to go untill it tells you to find the secret map and the quest send you to (-26,37) the Alchemist Workshop. Get a Kobalite, a Harmony (amulet), and a Gust Potion. Now, you need to get a lvl 100 jeweller, a lvl 100 miner and a lvl 100 alchemist. Go inside the workshop there and walk behind the tree in the middle of the room. Make sure everyone has their profession tools equipped to get into the secret area. Put the lvl 100 alchemist where the alchemist signal is, and the same with the jeweller and miner. Then, stand on the tile with the "I" and you'll get the bewitched crystal. Go to talk to Oto and show him the crystal. You'll lose the ore, the crystal and the Mother of Pearl. He'll give you 1000k and, congratulations, you're 46.

Kain Dharyn's crystal is a pun on Khaydarin crystals, which are monolithic psionic artifacts left behind by the Xel'Naga on various worlds. It comes from famous strategic game StarCraft (Wiki).
