Kennel Certificates are proof of ownership of a pet in the Bow Kennel. Whoever holds the certificate holds claim to that pet. Certificates can be traded/sold (giving the pet a new owner).
The certificates show the status of the pet at the time that it was placed in the kennel.
There is also Kennel Certificate: (Petsmount name).
