Kennel Certificates are proof of ownership of a petsmount in the Bow Kennel. Whoever holds the certificate holds claim to that petsmount. Certificates can be traded/sold (giving the petsmount a new owner).
The certificates show the status of the petsmount at the time that it was placed in the kennel.
There is also Kennel Certificate: (Pet name).
