Note: Masogobs usually deal around 170 damage with this spell, and can hit two players per turn.
Each time they hit with this spell, the harder it becomes to avoid getting hit in later turns because of the stacked range steal.
This spell appears to have a minimum range. I've seen them occasionally make a dodge-roll and run a short distance before casting this on the player they were in melee range with. I think it's either a base range of 3-5 or 4-6, but not sure.
