Obtaining

Talk to Oto Mustam at [-25,33] in the Brakmar Militia.

Ask for a new mission. If you insist, I've got a fun mission for you... pulling Chafer teeth. Talk to Boud Chair – he'll tell you what to do. He's almost always in the hunters' workshop. Once you have enough teeth to make a full set of dentures, bring them to me. I'll use them to patch up a useless twit I know. One last thing... Having fun is all well and good, but you must know when to stop. Don't go overboard and bring more teeth than I need, or else... Obey.

Just put one foot on its head, pick a tooth and give it a good yank with the pliers! Nod.

Chafer Tooth is a 100% drop (with Tooth Extractor in your inventory) from all non-Incarnam Chafers: Chafer, Draugur Chafer, Invisible Chafer, Primitive Chafer, Ronin Chafer, Chafer Archer, Chafer Foot Soldier, Chafer Lancer, Elite Chafer, Chafer Axit.

You lose 1 Tooth Extractor.

You lose 32 Chafer Tooth.

Note: You must gather exactly 32 Chafer Tooth. If you have more than 32 teeth when talking to Oto Mustam, you will have to start over - you lose all the teeth but the quest will not update. Each chafer drops 1 tooth even if it would put you over 32, so be especially careful near the end.
