Moist Juvenile Sauroshell is a monster.

Dampening: Deals Water damage to a target in melee range and steals 1 AP (2 AP during critical hit). Cast 4 times max per target, 6 times max per turn.
Hydrophilia: Gives a special effect to a target within 1-8 range for 2 turns: each time the target receives non-Water damage the target will get -10 AP parry (-12 during critical hit) for 2 turns, stackable. 2 turns cooldown.
Puddle: Creates a 3 cell Circle AoE blue Glyph within 0-3 range which lasts 3 turns. Does not require LoS. Allied Sauroshells will receive 2 AP for 1 turn if they start their turn on the Glyph while enemies will lose 3 AP for 1 turn if they start their turn on the Glyph. 4 turns cooldown.
