Perceptor deleveling potion is a Usable Item.

Perceptor deleveling potions allows a guild to unlearn their Perceptor's characteristics and spells. Each Potion only reduces the relative characteristic/spell by one (So it would reduce a level 5 Perceptors spell to 4, or reduce a guild with 40 Prospecting to 39).

All recipes require a Guildalogem as well as some additional resources.

Perceptor deleveling potions can only be used by the guild leader.
