Obtaining

Talk to Chocolate Factory Employee at [-2,-11] in the Chocomancers' Laboratories. (Fleaster Island must be accessible.)

Dialog

You shouldn't linger here. There are Chocomancers everywhere. Mention the distribution of doses of docility. Every week, I prepare the Fleaster guards' doses of docility and distribute them. It's no easy task, you know. I have to do that surrounded by Choocomancers, and they can be adifficult lot. Express a desire to participate. Stop! I don't let just anyone near my vat!
