Pot, Double Agent is a quest.

We have a double agent in the ranks of the Brakmar Militia, his name is Bishom Pot. Infiltrate the militia and ask him to tell you the orders I gave him. To get in touch with him, just say: "Brakmar is a putrid city at this time of year".
