To make Puppet Master vulnerable, players must kill all summon puppets except little puppet, as each puppet summon is killed it will remove the corresponding act buff on puppet master. There are 5 puppets to kill, one corresponding to each element, with 200% resist to that element and weakness to two others. Once all acts are removed puppet master will become vulnerable for two turns.
Once you kill one summon puppet, you have until the start of Puppet Master's next turn to kill the other four summoned puppets or Puppet Master will summon them again.
Side Note: it appears that some conditions in the order of summon killing may result in another little puppet to appear
Side note: Puppet Masters Vulnerability is affected by spells shortening the duration of effects. I.E. Do not summon a wyrmling if you bring an Osa into the battle. Side note: if you use an Enutrof's Bribery on Puppet master's last turn of vulnerability Puppet master will not summon for another 3 turns.
