List of ways to reset characteristics and spells.
Characteristics
- Characteristics can be reset from the Characteristics tab by clicking on the DNA icon, or via keyboard shortcut (the default is 'c'). From the Characteristics tab, click on the circular arrow button at the bottom. All spent characteristic points will be refunded, which you can then reallocate as you wish.
- You can reset your characteristics as often as you want, for free. Stats earned from scrolls/food are not affected, as they are tracked separately.
- Here is an example of resetting characteristics on a Level 200 character with all stats scrolled to 100. After the reset, the points earned from leveling (5 points per level * 199 level-ups from 1 to 200 = 995 points total) are refunded to be spent again. The 100 points in each stat from scrolls are preserved and not reset (note that this would also be the case if a stat were only partially scrolled).
Spells
- Spells can no longer be reset - new spell levels are unlocked automatically, and there is no way to return to a lower level.
