Am I dead or alive? Probably a bit of both... It's a bit unnerving at the beginning, but you get used to it.
From the results of your tests, I've decided to create the trud synthetically. I've followed Fiziks's instructions. I'll keep the manufacturing process a secret as I promised my assistant I would... and also because the scientific community would never take me serious again if it got out.
I gave a shield covered with the artificial substance to an agent, who I then sent to the Colousses's Meowsoleum. I still have some doubt though... Perhaps I was a little overly enthusiastic about the trud's protective properties. You have an astonishing ability to survive even the most dangerous tests. Could you go and join the agent, and help him out if necessary?

Step 1: Tested and Approved[]
- An agent has been sent into the meowsoleum infested with Ecaflees, aiming to test an improved version of the famous Trud Shield. The professor fears that the experiment has come to a sudden end... so you're being sent into the Colousses's lair as backup. Admit it, you'd been itching to go after that vermin for quite a while.
- Enter the Colousses's Meowsoleum
- Defeat 1 Colousses in a single fight
- Warning: Do not leave the dungeon until you finish this step.
- Find the agent and his shield
- Click the skeleton in the exit room of the dungeon. You may safely leave the dungeon after finishing this step.
- Talk to Professor Groschinder again

That was never my intention... Bring the shield a bit closer so I can see it better. It looks like it stood up to battle well. Ha ha! Erm, I mean, how tragic. But it is a relief to see that the experiment was a success... That makes agent Zym's untimely death much easier to bear. May he rest in peace.
Thank you for your help. You have been most useful. It has been a pleasure working with a fan of alternative science. While we're on the topic... I still haven't given much thought to the case of the Werremoggies. That will probably be the subject of one of my next studies.
I don't know where they got their gift of speech from... There are some rumours going around, but it's only conjecture. My bow meow doesn't have much to say, so it's clearly not a phenomenon that affects all the felines present in the dimension. If you have some time to spend on this mystery, you should go and explore the Hairy Moor...
