Introduction
With a simple knife or even a sophisticated Pellet Sling in his possession, the hunter can be a redoubtable predator. Primary and essential profession in the world of Amakna, hunters are respected, for the meat they provide, and feared, for their ability in the way they get the meat.

Definition of the good hunter
Being a good hunter is only a matter of experience in fighting and all the rest is ropes to learn.
A good hunter will known where to find meat and how to kill a monster without damaging the piece of meat to cut off.

Weapons
In order to collect the piece of meat he desires, the hunter must kill and carve in a particular way. To do it right and easily, weapons have been created especially for hunters. Indeed they increase their chances to get the desired piece of meat.
Those weapons are not easy to handle. If most of hunters seem to master the classical hunting knife, very few are able to use efficiently the Pellet Sling.

Meat types
There are different types of collectable meat :
- Flesh of Larva
- Flesh of Insect
- White meat
- Leg of Gobball
- Loin of pork
- Leg of wabbit
- Snout
- Dragomeat
Please note this list is in order of rarity.
There are several levels of quality for each sort of meat. Better the quality of the meat is, better will be the value and the taste of it. This is something to consider when you choose a meat to cook.

Meat preservation
Before selling or preparing fresh meat, it is necessary to treat it in order to guarantee its good preservation. You can do it with special resources: blop blubber or jelly blubber, temporal powder, blood of scorvion...
All those resources can be easily found in shops, but lots of hunters prefer to collect them directly at the source: monsters.
