Talk to Counsellor Yse Vewybad at [4,-6] in the last step of Crypt Tonight.
You can also talk to him at [7,-5] (go from the Amakna Castle side).

Now, you know that Yse Vewybad is conspiring against the King. You'll have to choose your side.

Talk to Counsellor Yse Vewybad at [7,-5]. You now have to choose your side: answer Yes or No to the Counsellor's bid for help.
Note: Your choice will give you access to different series of quests.
