Ask wher is Torche: You will find him in the Jewellers district, he's in charge of security in this area.

Step: Bro's Shoe

You must defeat Torche and bring evidence of your victory to Amayiro.

Defeat Torche and go see Amayiro. He's at Bagrutte's Inn

Find Torche at the Bagrutte's Inn and Defy him

You get a Tuft of Torche's hair.

Speak to Amayiro
