Talk to Amayiro at [-33,-56] in Bonta.

I can assure you, you won't regret remaining faithful to me. I'll put you to the test again. How about a little training with Torche, the militiaman. When he saw his brother Tarche's new teeth, I pointed out you were the one in charge of extracting them... that was the right thing to do, wasn't it?

Ask where Torche is.

You'll find him in the jewellers' district, he's in charge of the area's security.
