Viti, Lord of the Rising Sun, pardon my sins and the errant ways of my people. They know not what they do.

Say good day.

Hail to thee, adventurer. Repent and join in my prayers. The god of Celestial Awakening is not easy to satisfy, and his ire can be devastating. But if you have a pure heart, you have a chance of finding redemption.

Say that you need Viti's blessing to find a magic totem.

We all would wish to receive such a blessing. Kneel down and pray. After several years have run their course, Viti will hear your prayer... perhaps. He is very busy, you see.

Reply that it's pretty urgent.

In that case, I suggest another approach. Prove your faith to Viti. Trounce dungeon keepers while brandishing his idols. If you win these battles, you'll receive the blessing you seek as a reward.

Keep listening.

But it's not enough to merely beat your opponents – your victories must be clear and resounding. The raging clamour of your battles must be heard all the way to Ingloriom! I've heard that a Huppermage who's an idol specialist has set up shop near the Amakna church. I'm sure she'll be able to help you create the idols you'll need for these feats.

Step 1: Vinti's Blessing[]

About quest idols:[]

The idols for this quest are crafted at the Idol Workbench at [6,3], or you can buy them from Harmony Daule on the same map using Idolokens. They are quest items that are linked to the character.

Double-clicking on an idol in your quest inventory gives you the corresponding alteration for 1 fight. You must be on the boss map of the correct dungeon to use the idol. Losing against the boss or leaving the map without fighting removes the alteration.

If any character has the alteration active when joining the fight, additional effects will be applied to the fight, and the quest will be updated upon winning. However, only characters with the alteration active at the start of the fight will update the quest. If multiple characters are doing the quest, they must each buy or craft the idols independently, and all make sure to activate the alteration before the fight. The alteration must be reapplied for every attempt.

In order to get the blessing of Viti, the god of the East, you must defeat some dungeon keepers in their respective dens while using certain idols. Harmony Daule near the Amakna church should be able to help you create them.

Defeat 1 Founoroshi in a single fight with the Singed Viti Idol alteration active [14,-32]
