Dialog

Homer Medali has spent his life trying to be like his deceased childhood hero, Klessius Klet, the respected Amaknian giant. But unlike his idol, he's strayed from the straight and narrow, and unabatedly attacks voyagers of the depths so as to affirm his superiority. His fighting techniques are described as being as fast as a Snapper, and as stinging as a Scurvion; they've made him an unequalled fighter among his peers, and even his unpeers.
His ego problem goes back to his adolescence, and shouldn't be taken lightly, especially as his unfailing motivation has made his name echo across the oceans, and is starting to draw the attention of ever less desirable enemies. Some people even say he's setting up a secret society of fighters, who meet in the cellars of Sufokia. But there's very little information about the society, as its rules repeatedly state that no member may talk about it.

In Summary

He's taken up residence in the ruins of Ancient Sufokia, where he patiently prepares for each of his fights by beating widows and orphans. All previous attempts to arrest him have fallen through, so we're actively looking for a group of adventurers able to withstand his blows.
Homer Medali must therefore be locked up in the interests of public safety, as soon as possible. But make sure you don't kick the bucket when he tries to punch you!
