Read the bounty quest poster in the city corresponding to your alignment:

• Bonta Militia at [-32,-57]: through the upper-left door in the room with Amayiro
• Brakmar Militia at [-25,33]: take the stairs behind Oto Mustam, then the door on the upper left

Dialog

Just before he was going to leave, Heul Leise offered Nono the Wobot to his son Max. Needless to say, he never left. Unable to meet the creature's voracious appetite, Heul Leise sold him to a travelling merchant. This merchant in turn sold him to a Bontarian munitions specialist, from whom Nono scarpered after stealing some explosive powder. His escape brought him to the city of Brakmar, where he learned that he shouldn't play with explosives near magmatic sources. Wanted by the militia after having reduced a wing of the dormitory and the pastry stores to ashes, he jumped onto the first ship sailing to Wabbit Island, from which he never returned.
