Spells
The Dial casts a 1 AP spell called Weakness which is much like the spell Loss of Motivation. The spell is Non-Linear, requires Line of Sight, and has a Range of 1 to 4 at all levels. With Xelor's Dial at level 1, it inflicts an un-dodgeable -2% probability to avoid AP losses. Each level increases this drain by 2%. See spell page for details.
If its AP is raised to at least 8 (via a combination of Stimulating Word, Devotion, and Smell), it can also cast Pendulum, a spell that reduces the AP of all enemies on the field.
Note
As of October 17th, 2006, Xelor's Dial was given a slight boost by the developers. It now casts a spell called Weakness on enemies, which is very similar to Loss of Motivation. The spell information is listed above.
